I am very impressed with the service. My first effort with my HP Photosmart 5510 leaked lots of ink into the printer and I couldn't get the air bubbles out of the hoses, so I was sent a free replacement! This time I called my friend who introduced me to the continuous ink system. He came over with high expectations but had no better success. I'm about to ask for permission to send both systems back and ask for a system for HP OfficejetPro 8500, my other printer which I expect to work the way advertised. Knowing the good service, I suspect they'll hang with me. It has been frustrating, however.
