Had a small problem and the InkXpro excellent staff helped me with kind and fast service. need to have a 1.75 in tall block,on the Epson XP-960 had to used a pencil  sharpener  to keep tubes from hitting top but system work just fine Thank you again for your Help john aka (TINKER)
