The product was shipped quickly and was packaged very well. As with many new products, sometimes things don't always work the first time. In my case, the yellow never would print clearly. After watching a couple of excellent how-to videos on the website and trying all of the self-help steps, I ended up calling. He answered on the second ring and decided to send me a new set of empty cartridges. They arrived in two days and, after watching another helpful video, were easily installed. Things are working great now and the quality of the final sublimation mugs is fantastic. Will definitely be back when it comes time to order more supplies.
