Prior before being a actual customer I had purchased an item that turned out to be a counterfeit product that was bought off Amazon, and had issues like crazy, and even though I didn't purchase the item from inkxpro, they still tired helping me out to the fullest, so I decided to try their continuous ink system that worked like a champ, and theit system saved me a ton of money and was amazed on how much I was able to print before having to refill the ink. I highly recommend their inkxpro and their products A+++ in my book.
