great ink but not good support February 28, 2018 Reviewer: Matt Schenker from Los Angelels, CA United States   I had bought a CIS 1 year ago and it worked pretty good but then 2 of the tanks would not stay primed. Andy, Had spoke with me and I tried to fix the problem with his recommendation. Since then I bought more ink and the two tanks wouln't again stay primed but i go in every month and prime them myself. I sent multiple e-mails with pictures to Andy to ask if there's other options or work around or maybe we could try just re-place the 2 tanks that won't prime and all every heard have been crickets. great product but support isn't that great.
