Long Term User March 15, 2023 Reviewer: BARBARA WOOLNER from LAKE FOREST, CA United States   INKXPRO has provided me with outstanding service and products since 2008.  I have used their CISS units in 5 different printer models with minimal issues, only occasional air in tubes which is easily  managed.   Recently I unboxed a new Epson printer that I had purchased as a reserve unit.  It was 8 years old but new in box.  The CISS unit I had used in it's predecessor was installed and has continued to perform flawlessly. Any time I have had a question, and there have been few, Andy has returned my call and assisted until the issue was resolved.  The inks from Ink XPRO are indistinguishable from OEM to me and a fraction of a cost.  Highly recommend. Great Product March 26, 2015 Reviewer: Gay Esposito from Marietta, GA United States   I love it . It was easy to install and I love not having to change my ink so often. I had one minor problem with air in one of the hoses sent a e-mail and was answered right away on how to solve that.
