I ordered a CISS with sublimation ink and it was damaged (mishandled by postal service) on arrival which caused the black ink to be spilled all over the unit and everything inside the box. I sent and email with some photos explaining how i received the package and asked for them to call me the next day as it was after business hours and they did. Send me another ciss and it arrived no problem.. great customer service.. will buy from again and recommend them highly.
