AWESOME! January 31, 2015 Reviewer: Susieque from AZ   Was a little skeptical in using any ink other than Epson on my printer, but it was hard to beat the price and the reviews convinced me.   It took me a couple of months to take the leap :)  but I did in November and have been using this for the past 3 months.  AWESOME!!!!!!   Love this system. Great Value - if you google other instructions April 24, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Vancouver, British Columbia   If I were not technically inclined I might be a bit lost...the site says that a CD is shipped with unit but I received paper instructions - the print was tiny and pictures were too small to be helpful.  Kept getting "cannot recognize cartridge" error messages - it was only after I googled the problem that I found out about the reset button.  Here is the link I found that was helpful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8DU7Vx_O1M&feature=related.  I reset the cartridges and did a test-worked right away and I was amazed how close the colors are compared to my test of the original Epson cartridge/ink.  The company should have clearer instructions - at least mention the reset button and how to use it.  It would save them answering a ton of emails (there is no contact phone number for InkxPro).  All in all I am satisfied, would buy from them again but only because I am not technically inept.  GREAT VALUE for this kind of quality - hands down. Almost trouble free March 13, 2012 Reviewer: Mike Oliver from Westmont, IL United States   The install was relatively simple.  Ocasionally the printer wants to reject one color or another as 'non-Epson', but the builtin reset button has taken card of that issue so far.
