The ink pro system was working great. I downloaded an Epson update. Then I got a printer cartridge not recognize message when all six red lights went on the printer. I tried cleaning the ink system and the chips to see if the cartridges could be recognized, to know avail. I ordered a new Xpro system, installing it, then turning on and still getting all six red lights. You sent me a new chip which I installed, but the six red lights still came on. I called Epson to find out the nearest service which was 60 miles away. I called them, but they said they could not service my Epson 1430, but gave me the name of another outfit in Ohio. I called them talking to a service rep who spoke very poor English, which I couldn’t understand, he hung up on me. The printer is about 14 years old so maybe its time to get a new printer. I hate to do this since the system worked so good over the years. The service from Xpro has been excellent. The Epson service has been terrible.
