LOCKED April 13, 2018 Reviewer: Tony from Miaimi   I bought the refill cart. ONLY USE THE red blue yellow cart. AT the third time to refill and put back at printer MX922, ALL  of three color cartidged was LOCKED. 😭 😭 😭 I will use the compatible ink cartridges again. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Products, Great Prices January 29, 2018 Reviewer: Mark L. from San Diego, CA United States   I am  repeat customer of inkXpro.  Their products work well and their prices are really good.  The refill kit I ordered for my Canon MX922 was easy to use once I got proper instructions.  I had to call support to figure out which ink goes in which cartridge since they weren't labels well and there were no refill instruction for the ink set I received.  I got an immediate answer on the phone and was able to get the information I needed quickly.  I gave 4 stars just because the info I needed wasn't in the packaging or online which could have been a disaster had I needed to refile after hours or on a weekend.  Besides, including written instruction is pretty important. Canon PGI-250 CLI-251 5 Color refillable ink Cartr March 18, 2016 Reviewer: Linda E. Hudson from Lexington, NC United States   They came alright, so far I have only filled the large black, i had to have a new print head , just got it this week. I haven't used the one I filled much . as Canon sent me a new black cartridge, to see if that was the problem the black ink would not print. Was this review helpful to you?

Second time purchasing and now help for issue May 31, 2015 Reviewer: Business Owner   So I bought this for my printer and they worked great until the blue cartridge just stopped being recognized. After doing everything that the website and Andy said to do I just bought regular blue cartridges. Then I broke down and bought another set and the blue did not work out of the box so I contacted Andy and never heard back. That was nearly a month ago.... So I am back to buying my ink from best buy and will buy my refills elsewhere I guess. Was this review helpful to you?

Canon Refilable Cartridge Review May 5, 2014 Reviewer: Glenn Spencer from Salt Lake City, UT United States   The cartridges as expected.. I was anxious to see how they worked with Canon's newest machine- the MX992. I have purchased other sets as well for the older Canon Machines that use  8's,220-221's as well. I have a Canon fleet and go thru a lot of ink.... As a test- I ran 8 History Manuals(B&W)- lots of old photos and text- on the MX992- 207 pages each without a hiccup- stopping only to reload the ink and paper. Amazing consistency. I am also currently running my first CISS system on an older MX870- once you understand the order of things(how to prime cartridges/place them properly(no tangling of feeder tubes) in the machine printhead- things go very smoothly.
