Great customer service June 24, 2021 Reviewer: Robin Allen from Burlington, WY United States   I was having problems with my printer, of course at a crunch time, and I reached out to customer service.  I received a prompt and accurate reply and was even advised that an amazon order I placed in desperation was the wrong product so I was able to cancel that order.  I ordered the correct part directly and it arrived quickly and was easy to install.  I was back on line in time to make my project deadline. easy to install February 25, 2016 Reviewer: Astroed from Ocoee, FL United States   The Epson WF3620 that I needed new chips/cartridges for gave up less than a week later. It just died. Epson sold me a replacement for a very reasonable fee, and I installed the new CISS unit into it right away. It works perfectly. Thanks for such a good product and good advise!
