This company is very good to communicate with you on your needs. I, by mistake did an update on my printer and then it would not work that was on July 7, 2023 since then this company got the new chips in after that update, They were very quick to ship them to me. My black ship came up as an error saying it could not read it. I actually got these from Epson. I replaced it with the black from this company and now it is working perfectly. I was very highly recommend buying your chips from INKXPRO . I will be purchasing my next order with them.
