For the CIS system, refilling is simply removing the rubber plug on top of the reservoirs and injecting the ink into the holes. You can also utilize this kit if you are manually refilling your own cartridges using the chip resetter' or using other CIS systems.

I felt good about the help and timeliness of your working with me.  I love the product, and wish HP would leave you alone.  Everyone should have this system of ink supply.  I did purchase the wrong type for my (dye vs. ink), but black is working great, and I will change the colors to dye as they deplete.  The black dye is much more pronounced and I really like it better.

I placed my first order with InkXpro just about one year ago.  I knew nothing about the company other than they had the CIS that worked with my printer.  Before ordering I had a question which they promptly answered.  I ordered the unit and it arrived in  just a few days (ground delivery).  I had some problems with the unit and they, without hesitation, sent a replacement.  The replacement worked perfectly and I had no further issues.

Last month the CIS unit accidentally was dislodged from it's resting place which cause an ink spill.  I ordered ink refills which were delivered within a few days. Again ground delivery from East coast to Phoenix.

I've been very pleased with their products and service.  I'm so glad I took a chance on InkXPro.  I highly recommend them.
