4 of 5 Great system with minor issues March 27, 2013

So far I am happy with thisnsytem with abfew exceptions.  The installation was relatively easy.  Using a dremel moto tool, I made a few adjustments not mentioned in the instructions such as I filed down the plastic on the printer which allows the printer door to close.  I also cut the plastic on the left side of the printer under the door to which allows the 'ink ribbon' to fully extend to the left side without 'slap' which also allows the door to fully close thus eliminating the need to jam something into the door switch.  After these mods, the system works almost flawlessly.  I say almost because the only other problem I occasionally have is the printer reporting low ink and the containers are not auto resetting.  I find when this happens, turn the printer off, unplug it for a minute and when you turn it back on the system will reset.  Aside from these minor issues, which were easly resolved, I am very happy with this system.

Unfortunately, I had to return the item due a defect. I must say, inkXPro worked with me to try and resolve the problem, but when it was determined that the item would not perform as expected, a refund was quickly issued. I will buy with confidence from inkXPro in the future.

If you're wondering about support for this product, no worries.  I've found the support superb!  I had to install the system on a weekend and had some questions.  I emailed not expecting a reply until Monday.  Surprise! Andy phoned me within an hour or so after I sent the email.  Since then he has responded to all my questions and guided me in finalizing a successful install.  Since then the system has operated flawlessly.
