Easy installation, and works great!  Prints great for everyday printing. I have not done any photo printing, but usually have photos printed commercially, anyway.  Just be careful, and make sure none of the tubes is kinked. Because it is so close to the edge of the printer, the cyan tube tends to kink. I spent hours cleaning heads, and priming the cartridge, until I noticed it was kinked. I just rotated all the cartridge tubing connections to about the 10 O'clock position--problem solved.  I also raised the ink reservoirs slightly to get then to the same level as the carts (you don't want it any higher, or you'll have a mess of ink!). I just placed it on top of the duplexer and power pack behind the printer.

I have yet to actually install the system as I am waiting for the factory HP cartridges to empty which will be soon.  I will update at that time but so far I am impressed.
