Whenever you purchase refillable ink systems, you are taking a gamble.  Not all ink and CISS systems are equal.  So if you are like me and read the reviews first, I hope this review of inkxpro.com will help.  

Ink Quality:  Absolutely as good as Epson original ink.
Price:  Not the cheapest refillable and not the most expensive, but still way cheaper than Epson.
Shipping: Fast, well packed and not a drop lost.
Customer Service: I don't know, everything has gone perfect so I have not needed to contact them.

Bottom Line:  I give this seller the highest recommendation.

my new R280 uses smaller ink carts than my old R200 and plows through ink like there's no tomorrow. After printing just 10 Music CD's for an independent artist friend of mine, complete with front/back/insert and printed CD's the black cart (the CD had more black than any other color) was almost empty.

Even with cheap aftermarket ink carts I had to find a better way for the R280 so, I just bought a this Continuous Ink Supply System from inkxpro. I am very happy with this CISS and even though inkxpro couldn't answer the phone when I called they called right back. Like aftermarket ink carts all Continuous Ink Supply Systems are not created equal, Some have crappy carts and some have crappy inks. Just because the systems look the same does not mean they have the same ink either. I did allot of research before settling on this CISS. There are some very good CISS that have great quality inks that are just as good as oem inks and there are also some real duds.
