The site works ok, product's just fine, but as live outside US I can't buy from inkXpro unless I come over. So I took advantage of a tourism trip to be able to buy the item. However, even using an American address I could not use my credit card as it is not issued in US. I had to go to USPS for a money order. I think you guys lose a great deal of market share when you refuse to sell abroad.

Ordered a ciss for my epson xp and had a bad chip and you guys sent me a replacement and had it up and running in no time thank you so much will recommend you guys and keep using you for ink
