Bought with the CIS kit; however, didn't need them. The kit contained everything needed.

My printer arrived about two days ago and I installed the CISS but it will not recognise the BK and C cartridges because they will not lite up. I uninstall and install them several times but they will not work and the PGBK silicone washer was not in the bag. I did not check the package in detail to see if every thing was intact when I received it. What solution do you have to this problem? Thanks for doing business with you.
