This continuous ink system is specially designed for Epson Artisan 50 printer that uses the 78 cartridges: T0781 black ink cartridge, T0782 cyan, T0783 magenta, T0784 yellow, T0785 light cyan and T0786 light magenta cartridge.

Auto reset chips (ARC) are used.

I absolutely love my new CISS! It is a little conviluted to set up, but watching YouTube helped with that. I was able to install it fine. The only "issue" I had was the first time I tried to run it, my computer didn't recognize it, but then I went to the troubleshooting section of this site and did the steps and it was fixed, and it's been working ever since! Great quality

You need to pay attention to details! Take your time to figure out how to understand and properly install, purge and generally use the system. Use commonsense and be ready to get some ink on your hands, gloves are included but it is almost impossible to avoid it. Purging the air bubbles is particularly taxing the first time, knowing which tank holes to cover/uncover, etc. Understanding how it all works is very important.

I decided to install the cartridges was to actually modify the printer and carve some of the plastic structure that was in the way of the flexing ribbon of tubes whipping inside the printer. I hope this will be easier on the tubes by avoiding them to slam around too much. The plastic bits and double sided tape were not of much use to me.

After all the work it felt very satisfying to print my first picture!

I had good luck with this product. I ran into a problem when I was installing the system, so I called inkxpro for help. What blew me away was that a human answered the phone. Andy help walk me through the problem I had. Now my printer is printing like a champ. Now my Epson Artisan 50 will be printing discs for years to come. No more expensive ink cartridges drying up on me.
