I was having problems with my printer, of course at a crunch time, and I reached out to customer service.  I received a prompt and accurate reply and was even advised that an amazon order I placed in desperation was the wrong product so I was able to cancel that order.  I ordered the correct part directly and it arrived quickly and was easy to install.  I was back on line in time to make my project deadline.
